Powder painting shop
It works on the base of modern technology electrostatic application of
powder colours on the products or an intermediate products from the iron,
alloy and etc. Advantage of this technology is speed, quality,
non hygiene unsound and great scale of colours.
The whole proces consist of this six steps:
- 1st step: hanging – the product is hanged onto the full automatic non-end conveyor, where the product goes through the all phases of paintig
- 2nd step: removing grease, ferruginous phosphorating – three phases depurating of all the undesirable dirt from the product
- 3rd step: drying – drying of the product in drying furnace
- 4th step: painting – automatically operated painting of the powder colour from the airbrushes situated on the manipulators
- 5th step: hardening of the colour – this phase serve for the level spread of the colour on the product and its hardening in burning furnace
- 6th step: removing – removing from the conveyor and packaging by the request of the customer
Final time from the 1st step to packaging is dependent on the type of product
(weight, kind of material etc), but on average it takes something about 2 hours.
Maximum size of the product can be: height 1300 mm, width 700mm and length 2800 mm.
